The founding team of Banana Sport currently consists of a very diverse mix of people: Jan spent most of his career in business consulting, Ondřej managed marketing agencies and Bohouš is a master of (web) design. Ondřej Pavelek
CEO & CMO
Ondřej has been involved in marketing and business for the last 15 years. He founded (and eventually sold) one of the largest social media agencies in the Czech Republic, Bistro Social. During his career he has designed marketing and communication strategies for more than 300 companies - from small local businesses to international corporations. In his spare time, he enjoys martial arts.
Jan Doan

After graduating from the University of Economics, he spent more than 6 years in project management in the banking, mining and real estate sectors, where he also worked as a negotiator and consultant for the Czech and foreign markets. 4 years ago he decided to put his business skills and experience into a small group of badminton players, which he helped develop into today's community of 2,000. What he loves most about his job is building a business from the ground up and finding new opportunities.
Bohuslav Poláček
graphics and design
Bohouš has been working in graphic design, visual design, web design and print design all his professional life. He has successfully designed identities for small and large businesses and websites with implementation facilities. He has worked for several multinational companies, successful startups, but can also help smaller freelancers.
