Whether you're trying padel for the first time or already love the game, this session is a great opportunity to play, learn, and meet other players in a relaxed atmosphere. 📍Where to Meet? Please meet us at the padel courts. If you have trouble finding them, feel free to ask the receptionist, who will be happy to direct you to the courts. 🎒What to Bring? Sportswear Clean outdoor sports shoes Padel Racket As we play outdoors, we recommend bringing sun protection such as a cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If the weather is cooler, you may also want to bring a light jacket. If you don't have your own racket, you can rent one directly from the sports center. The rental fee is 150 CZK and can be paid at the reception desk. 🏃How Does the Session Work? We will primarily play doubles matches (2 vs. 2), and we have two courts available. The session will begin with a short introduction to padel, where Coach Láďa will explain the basic rules, scoring system, and key techniques to help new players get comfortable with the game. There will also be time to practice the fundamentals before moving into match play. The second part of the session will be dedicated to open play. Coach Láďa will help organize the games and may also pair participants based on their skill level to ensure everyone enjoys the session. This is not a tournament, and scores will not be recorded. The main goal is to have fun, meet new people, enjoy the rallies, and get plenty of playing time. 👥 Who Can Join? Players of all levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced players. Coach Láďa will help match players appropriately so everyone can enjoy the session and get the most out of their playing time. 🚗How to Get There? If you're using public transport, the nearest tram stop is Chmelnice, which is approximately a 9-minute walk from the sports center. Ať už si chcete padel vyzkoušet poprvé, nebo už máte něco odehráno, čeká vás pohodový večer plný hry, pohybu a nových lidí. 📍 Kde se potkáme? Sraz bude přímo na padelových kurtech. Pokud budete mít trable nás najít, tak vás recepce ráda navede. 🎒 Co s sebou? Sportovní oblečení Venkovní sportovní obuv Padelovou raketu Nemáte vlastní raketu? Nevadí! Na recepci je možné si ji zapůjčit za 150 Kč. 🏃 Jak bude hra probíhat? Hrát budeme převážně čtyřhry na dvou kurtech. Na začátku si krátce představíme pravidla, způsob počítání a základní techniky, aby se i noví hráči cítili na kurtu pohodlně. Poté bude prostor na krátké rozehrání a následně se pustíme do zápasů. Druhá část akce bude věnována otevřenému hraní. Trenér Láďa bude organizovat jednotlivé zápasy a podle úrovně hráčů pomůže vytvářet vyrovnané dvojice. Nejde o turnaj a výsledky se nezapisují. Cílem je zahrát si co nejvíce, poznat nové lidi a užít si společný sportovní večer. 👥 Pro koho je akce vhodná? Pro všechny úrovně hráčů – od úplných začátečníků až po zkušené hráče. Uděláme maximum pro to, aby si hru užil každý. 🚗 Jak se k nám dostanete? Pokud pojedete MHD, nejbližší tramvajová zastávka je Chmelnice, přibližně 9 minut chůze od sportovního centra.
